Parking Lot
Mohawk Village Memorial Park advocates open spaces and the public use of the park, in which individuals seeking recreation can utilize. For example: a gravel parking lot will not provide safe ground to individuals with mobility issues exiting their vehicle, especially those with walkers, and wheelchairs. The cement parking provides a safe alternative to parking on the street with direct access onto the park’s sidewalks. Our 20 x 60ft cement parking lot was poured give visitors 5 parking spaces and one parking space built to the Ontario Accessibility Standards’ Act which will ensure the parking is accessible to all.
