Raffle Rules

This raffle is conducted under the authority of a Raffle Lottery License issued by Six Nations Gaming Commission, license no. SNGC DR 1171.

Raffle Details

EVENT NAME:             Summer Raffle 2025
DRAW DATE:               August 13, 2025 at 5:00 pm
DRAW LOCATION:      7091 Indian Line, Scotland, Ontario
TICKET PRICE:             $2.00 per ticket or 3 tickets for $5.00

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets and claim prizes.
  • Tickets must not be purchased in the name of a person under 18 years of age.
  • The following individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets or win prizes:
    • Persons involved in the conduct and management of the raffle, Including:
      • Event organizers and raffle coordinators
      • Tickets sellers
      • Board Members and staff of Mohawk Village Memorial Park
      • Anyone responsible for drawing the winning ticket
      • Prize donors, if applicable
      • Immediate Family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above listed individuals

Prizes

  • Prize #1 – Apple SE Watch (GPS + Cellular, 40mm Midnight Aluminium Case with Ink Sport Loop), Estimated value: $450.00 CAD
  • Prize #2 – Portable Power Station (Compact, lightweight, portable power source, 6″ x 9″ x 9″), Estimated value: $350.00 CAD
  • Prize #3 – Gift Card Package (one (1) $50 Tim Hortons Gift Card, one (1) $100 Visa Gift Card and one (1) $100 Dining Gift Card),  Estimated value: $250.00 CAD

Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash substitutions unless otherwise specified.

Draw Procedure

  • The draw will be conducted at 7091 Indian Line, Scotland, Ontario
  • Winning Tickets will be drawn at random
  • Winners do not need to be present at the draw to win.
  • Winning raffle tickets numbers and Corresponding names will be recorded and announced publicly via https://Mohawkvillagepark.com/summerraffle2025

Winner Notification and Prize Claiming

  • The three (3) potential prize winners will be called between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. If the winner cannot: be reached within two (2) days following the first attempt of contact or declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited and Mohawk Village Memorial Park has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.
  • Winners must provide valid identification to claim prize. 
  • Prize must be claimed within 2 months of the draw date. Odds of winning depend on number of raffle tickets sold.
